The Kingsbridge Operations app is a private internal tool used by the estate operations team at Kingsbridge Management LLC. Access is restricted to a small allowlist of staff and principals.
Kingsbridge centralises day-to-day operations across the properties — fix-it requests with photos and GPS, scheduled maintenance, weather alerts, the daily brief, security alerts, and shared schedules.
For all support questions — sign-in trouble, a feature that isn't working, a feature you'd like, or a question about your data — email support@kbridge.com. We typically respond the same business day.
If you can sign in, the fastest way to report a bug or request a feature is via the “Feature request” page in the app. If you can't sign in, email the address above with a short description and a screenshot if possible.
