Who this is for

The Kingsbridge Operations app (“Kingsbridge”) is a private internal tool used by Kingsbridge Management LLC's estate operations team. It is not offered to the general public; access is restricted to a small allowlist of staff and principals. This policy explains what personal data the app collects from those users, why, and how long it's kept.

Data we collect

  • Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture from Google. We use these to identify you within the app and to associate your activity with your account.
  • Sign-in metadata. Each successful sign-in records a timestamp, your IP address, and the resulting coarse city / region / country (derived from the IP). This is used to surface unfamiliar logins to administrators.
  • Photos and videos. When you take or upload a photo or video for a fix-it report, the file is uploaded to our private storage. Photos are downsampled before storage; the original file is not retained on the device by the app.
  • Location. When you take a photo from inside the app, we record your device's GPS coordinates at the moment of capture so the fix-it report can be tied to a location on the property. When you select an existing photo from your camera roll, we read the GPS coordinates embedded in the photo's EXIF metadata, if present. We do not track your location in the background.
  • Compass heading. When supported by the device, we record the compass heading at the moment a fix-it photo is captured, so a small arrow on the in-app map can show which direction the camera was pointing.
  • Push notification token. If you grant permission for notifications, Apple Push Notification service issues a device token that we store so the app can send you estate alerts (weather, denied access attempts, fix-it assignments, etc.). The token is not personally identifying on its own.
  • Content you create or import. Fix-it descriptions, feature requests, calendar events you elect to sync, and any other content you enter or import is stored in our database to render the app.
  • Audit log. The app records who took which actions (created / edited / deleted records), when, and from what session. This is used internally to investigate issues.

How your data is processed

The app is a web application packaged for iOS via Capacitor; the server runs on Vercel and stores data in a Postgres database hosted by Neon, in the United States. Photos and videos are stored on Vercel Blob storage.

Some features generate AI summaries (e.g. a daily brief, an activity report, a fix-it title suggestion from a photo). Those features send the relevant text and / or images to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Anthropic does not retain the content for model training under our API agreement.

Authentication is performed by Google OAuth. Apple Push Notification service handles delivery of any push notifications you opt in to. Open-Meteo is used as the source for weather forecasts; no personal data is sent to it.

Other than the third parties listed above, we do not sell, trade, or share your personal data.

How long we keep it

Account, content, and audit-log data is retained while your account is active and indefinitely as part of the estate operations record. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time using the contact address below; we will remove or anonymise it within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

  • You can revoke camera, photo library, location, and notification permissions at any time in iOS Settings → Kingsbridge.
  • You can sign out of the app from the menu, which clears the local session.
  • You can request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing the address below.

Children

The app is intended for adult staff and family members only. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

When we make material changes we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For significant changes we'll also notify users in-app or by email.
